At its indicators of 1.96±0.19 mmol/l diagnose a hydropic pancreatitis, 3.17±0.25 mmol/l - development focal, 4.59±0.46 mmol/l - a total-subtotal pancreatonecrosis, above this indicator - a total pancreatonecrosis with fulminant course.
EFFECT: increase of accuracy of diagnostics of the form of an acute pancreatitis.
