In the case, its handle 3 is made as two members, oriented at an angle to each other and linked to each other by telescopic coupling with fixer. Member with movable rod 1 is made in the form of tube 6 with guiding groove 8 to be engaged with rod key 7. Triangular blade 4 is mounted so as to be engaged both with cutting edges of blades and inner blade surfaces, made as stops.
