FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: needle has external hollow tube with bevel cut of working end; there is a connecting washer at non-working end. Interchangeable blades or shuttering unit are mounted in channel of the tube; the unit has cut corresponding to cut of external tube. External hollow tube has diameter of 0.8 m, angle of cut is equal to 75-80 deg. Five holes are made at working end of external tube; diameters of holes are equal to 0.2 mm. The holes are used for checking location of needle cut by means of ultrasonic diagnostics. EFFECT: improved precision. 2 cl, 3 dwg
