FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has base unit having radiating terminal unit operating in infrared bandwidth and control desk connected to each other, additional infrared terminal unit, N (N>=1) additional laser terminal units allowing one to irradiate and receive reflected radiation in various optical frequency bandwidths, extremely high frequency terminal unit, ultrasonic frequency terminal unit, members for use in express-diagnosis procedures. The mentioned terminal units and express-diagnosis members are bound to control desk through the corresponding connection unit to enable one to carry out planned and express diagnosis examination combined with exerting action upon biological objects concurrently or in series with data presented on PC display unit.
