SUBSTANCE: rolling production method, mainly used for reinforcement of prestressed reinforced concrete, provides for hot rolling, hardening with double staged cooling under first stage average mass temperature of no less than 850 C and self-tempering. Before second stage rolling surface heating is exercised under temperature of 820 - 920 C and second stage cooling is exercised down to temperature of no less than 340 C. EFFECT: regulated ductility and corrosion resistance of high-strength steel. 1 tbl
