FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: used instead of traditional evaluation of sensitivity of thermobimetal by deformation is temperature stress produced by active layer (Eα)а and passive layer (Eα)п. As a result of stabilization of thermobimetal which removes plastic relaxing stresses completely, a linear system is obtained in which sensitivity does not depend on temperature within flexible deformations and is determined as relation between difference of temperature stresses produced by active and passive layers and their sum with consideration of fraction of thickness of thickness of active and passive components. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
