FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: transfer ribonucleic acid is extracted from preparation of total ribonucleic acid of human placenta by reversed-phase chromatography on coarse-pored microspheric silica gel with grafted aliphatic groups C18 with use of acetonitrile as eluent of concentration gradient. Chromatography stages are conducted in the following sequence first, preparation of total ribonucleic acid is passed through column filled by dry method; next stages, including concentration of fractions and extraction of desired product, are conducted on column filled by suspension method. In this case, before extraction of product by chromatography, concentrated fraction is subjected to aminoacylation with phenylalanine. EFFECT: reduced process duration and increased purity of desired product from 70-80 to 99%. 3 dwg
