FIELD: microwave technique. SUBSTANCE: microstrip load has insulating substrate one of whose sides carries grounding base. Other side of insulating substrate mounts film resistor connected on one end to ground switch and on other end, to microstrip line conductor connected to input conductor. Microstrip line conductor is made in the form of resistive material layer carrying conductive meander-shaped strip. Conductive strip may be made with meander width and pitch reducing towards film resistor from input conductor. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 4 dwg
