FIELD: radio engineering, radars, radio communication. SUBSTANCE: device has dielectric substrate which one side is covered with conducting screen and another side is covered with two plates which are made from conducting material and separated with dielectric slot. Plates have recesses which are located near slot in bases of fork-shaped pieces of plates which are shaped by slot. Recesses may be bent and several slots of different lengths may be adjacent to one point of slot. EFFECT: decreased parasitic resonance in bandwidth, increased relative width of bandwidth, decreased transmission losses. 3 cl, 3 dwg
