FIELD: plasma engineering. SUBSTANCE: device uses a discharge chamber and two sections of discharge electrodes. Each electrode section consists of ring-shaped electrodes that are rigidly braced together. Each ring of one section is fed through the ring of the other section forming a chain of electrodes.
