A remaining part of a belt is made of a dense material such as leather, and has elastic inserted members for changing dimensions of the belt. The belt is provided by a buckle. The apparatus is provided by a direct current source being a galvanic cell, whose electrodes are the metallic plates; one plate of copper being a cathode and the other plate of zinc being an anode; an electrolyte is a moisture, separated by a human body, that moisture also serves as a direct electric current conductor to the human body.
