FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: concentrator has horizontal cylindrical housing provided with systems for supplying initial fluid and discharging concentrated solution and secondary vapor and heater. The concentrator is provided with torus-like members having closed central part and mounted for permitting axial synchronous reciprocation and defining two periphery and central spaces and driving drum which is positioned inside the central space and interacts with the torus-like member through belts. One ends of the belts are connected to the central part of the members. The other ones are wound on the drum from opposite sides. The heater is positioned at the bottom part of the housing. The discharging systems are in communication with the periphery spaces, and the supplying systems are in communication with the central space. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
