FIELD: treating heat sensitive and viscose fluids. SUBSTANCE: concentrator has horizontal tight cylindrical housing, heater, and systems for supplying initial fluid and discharging concentrated solution and secondary vapor. The concentrator is provided with torus-like member having the closed central part mounted inside the housing to define two spaces and permit forced axial reciprocation using a mechanism constructed as two driving drums positioned inside the housing at its opposite ends and belt which passes through the central part of the member and whose ends are wound on the drums. Each of the supplying and discharging systems are in communication with each of the spaces. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
