FIELD: treating heat sensitive and viscous fluids. SUBSTANCE: concentrator has sealed horizontal cylindrical housing, heater, and systems for supplying initial fluid and discharging concentrated solution and secondary vapor. The concentrator is provided with a member having closed central part which is mounted inside the housing to define two spaces and permit free axial reciprocation. Each of the systems for supplying and discharging is in communication with each of the spaces. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
