FIELD: oil-producing industry; petrochemical industry; other industries; production of the devices for floatation purification of the industrial waste waters containing the oil products, grease and other impurities.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for floatation purification of the industrial waste waters and may be used for purification of the industrial waste waters containing the oil products, greases and other pollutions, and also for treatment of the water for the different needs. The installation for floatation purification of the water contains the flotation chamber (16), the saturator (6), the pump aggregate (1), which pressure pipeline is made in the upper part of the saturator (6), the jet ejector (2) and the suction pipeline (4) with the inverted valve (15). The jet ejector (2) is installed on the inlet of the pump aggregate (1) on the axis of its symmetry. The pressure pipe line (8) of the jet ejector (2) is mounted on the lower part of the saturator (6). The saturator (6) is connected by this pipeline also with the flotation chamber (16). The vacuum chamber (10)of the jet ejector (2) is supplied with the fitting pipes of feeding of the free air (13) and the chemical reactant (14). The mounting of the jet ejector (2) on the inlet of the pump aggregate (1) is exercised by means of the adapter connector (3),to which the suction pipeline (4) is tangentially connected. The diffuser (12) of the jet ejectors (2) is made cylindrical with formation of the annular clearance between the diffuser (12) and the wall of the adapter-connector (3). The ratio of the cross-section area of the annular clearance to the area of the cross-section of the suction pipeline (4) is taken as 3:2. The technical result of the invention is the increased speed of the reaction of dissolution of the chemical reactants in the flow of the interacting components, the speedup of the process of the flocculation in the purified liquid.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased speed of the reaction of dissolution of the chemical reactants in the flow of the interacting components, the speedup of the process of the flocculation in the purified liquid.
