FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed method uses the composition containing the following components, wt.-%: textile-bitumen wastes - 45, noils of fiber - 15, rubber or the mixture of rubber and rubber-cork crumbs - 15, bitumen - 20 and polyethylene wastes - 5. Initially the components are mixed up. First the textile-bitumen wastes, the noils of fiber and the rubber (or the mixture of rubber and rubber-cork) crumbs are mixed up in the rubber mixer. Then the mixture is displaced into the mixer and is intermixed with the bitumen and the polyethylene wastes at 180 C. After that the mixture is fed for calendering in order to obtain the roll material. EFFECT: enhanced quality. 1 tbl
