FIELD: food processing industry. SUBSTANCE: device for obtaining the water-alcoholic mixture has a case with a diaphragm having a hole. The diaphragm is mounted in the case forming chambers for preliminary and final mixing. The device also has branch pipes for supplying water and alcohol into the chamber for the preliminary mixing. The branch pipe for supplying alcohol, the case and the diaphragm are made coaxial. The branch pipe for supplying alcohol is located perpendicular to that for supplying water. Additional diaphragms with holes made as nozzles are mounted in the branch pipes for supplying water and alcohol. A concentrator of longitudinal oscillations is mounted on the diaphragm of the branch pipe for supplying alcohol. The opposite end of the concentrator is disposed flush-mounted in the hole of the main diaphragm forming a ring-shaped gap. EFFECT: enhanced quality of alcoholic drink preparation. 2 cl, 2 dwg
