FIELD: food industry, in particular, canned industry and wine making. SUBSTANCE: plant has vessels for nonclarified raw material and adsorbent. Connected with vessels by means of process pipelines with metering devices is mixing unit which is made in the form of hollow cylindrical bushing with circular groove, source of ultrasound with rod-type concentrator of longitudinal vibrations located in bushing coaxially to form circular gap and having axial channel. Bushing circular groove is communicated with pipeline for supply of nonclarified raw material. Axial channel of rod-type concentrator of longitudinal vibrations is connected with pipeline for supply of adsorbent through pipe union located on the line of concentrator zero displacements. Connected with bushing hollow through suction branch pipe is pump. Connected with pump pressure branch pipe is hydrocyclone with outlet pipes of clarified raw material and sediment. Installed in pump pressure branch pipe are strings from flexible material with possibility of regulation of their tension degree. Bushing and/or pump pressure branch pipe are made of permanent magnet with radial location of poles. EFFECT: provision of removal from treated raw materials of all turbidity-forming substances. 3 dwg
