FIELD: food-processing industry and wine production. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has unclarified raw material vessel and adsorbent vessel, mixing unit connected with vessels through process pipelines, which are provided with dosers, with mixing unit being equipped with ultrasonic oscillation source, hydraulic cyclone with inlet branch pipe and clarified raw material discharge pipe and precipitate discharge branch pipe positioned in upper and lower parts of hydraulic cyclone, respectively, and pump with suction and delivery branch pipes. Mixing unit is made in the form of hollow cylindrical sleeve with annular channel communicated with unclarified raw material supply branch pipe. Ultrasonic oscillation source has rod-shaped longitudinal oscillation concentrator with axial channel and union aligned with zero shift line and communicated with adsorbent supply pipeline. Longitudinal oscillation concentrator is positioned in axial alignment with cylindrical sleeve within it so that annular space is defined. Sleeve cavity is communicated with pump suction pipe via pipeline. Strings made from resilient material are extending in pump delivery pipe out-of-parallelism with respect to pipe axis so that tension extent of strings may be adjusted. Inlet branch pipe of hydraulic cyclone is mounted tangentially above precipitate discharge branch pipe and below clarified raw material discharge branch pipe and is connected with pump delivery pipe. Helical groove cut in hydraulic cyclone inner surface has coils direction opposite that of flow vortex generated by inlet pipe of hydraulic cyclone.
