FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: method of loading, transportation and unloading of cargoes, mainly containers, comes to the following: placed under container are axle on which turnable tracers are installed which form lifting and turning supports hinge-coupled with rod connected with one zone of vehicle. The latter is moved, container is suspended and fixed, rod is disconnected from vehicle, and the latter is moved to position under container. Then vehicle is connected by rod with other zone, is moved, and load container is lowered onto vehicle platform body. This done, tracers are demounted, rod is disconnected from vehicle and cargo is carried to place of destination where tracers are mounted on axles again, vehicle is connected with rod, container is suspended and fixed, rod is disconnected, vehicle is moved off from under container, is connected with rod and by moving the vehicle, container is lowered down. Device to implement this method has two pairs of cranks with tracers installed in bearings on axles arranged under containers. Housings of bearings of adjacent pairs are interconnected by beam, and cranks, by connecting rod. Each tracer has cylindrical support surface whose guide is formed by part of circumference mating by free sections with straight-line sections arranged tangentially to circumference.
