FIELD: household equipment with electric drive, may be used in public catering enterprises. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing composed of four parts. Driving unit of apparatus is made in the form of electric drive mounted on first part of apparatus and connected with planetary gear. Idle gear is cooperating with larger crown of double-gear having floating pin with slots engageable with slots of half-coupling, which is rigidly mounted in second part of apparatus. All satellite gears are engageable with related teeth on inner surface of third part of apparatus and are mounted on pins rigidly fixed on carrier. Outer surface of carrier shank is positioned on gear in third part of apparatus. Cutting member mounted on one end of auger is cooperating with replaceable grid fixed on fourth part of apparatus by means of captive nut. Third part of apparatus is made stepped and is axially aligned with auger slots, and fourth part is provided with mated depressions. Latch is mounted on pin in fourth part of apparatus so as to come into engagement with one step on third part of apparatus. Exit branch pipe is positioned between projections and bearings and is communicated with discharge hose. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities and increased service life. 2 dwg
