FIELD: glass industry. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a hopper with feeder connected to glass granule injector, mixing chamber with injector at its inlet whose active nozzle is istalled on the oxidizer delivery pipe, gaseous fuel supply pipe, burner with a circular perforated grating, receiving container and a warm air supply loop of mixing chamber, comprising a heat exchanger installed behind the burner edge, whose inlet is vented to the atmosphere while the outlet, with the injector suction pipe at the mixing chamber inlet. Circular perforated grating of burner is disposed at the mixing chamber outlet, the glass granule injector is accommodated in mixing chamber coaxially with circular perforated grating with a radial gap relative to the latter. The wall of the glass granule injector has holes which connect the cavity of said injector with the mixing chamber. EFFECT: longer service life of device, reduced consumption of gaseous fuel and oxidizer, and possibility of refitting the device for production of glass microglobules of a different diameter. 4 cl, 2 dwg
