SUBSTANCE: invention is pertaining to chemical industry, construction materials industry, other industries and may be used for manufacture of the glass microbeads - both solid and hollow. The technical result of this invention is the increased productivity of the device and gain in yield of the suitable microbeads. The device for manufacture of the glass microbeads and microspheres contains: the cylindrical vertical chamber with the burner installed in the center of its lower part; the inlets disposed on the chamber tiers for tangential feeding in it of the streams of the secondary air or the mixture of the secondary air with the gas to arrange the vortex of the firing stream; the block of feeding of the glass powder through the burner; the intermediate collector of the glass microbeads rejected by centrifugal forces from the firing vortex stream; the air duct. Inlets are made in the form of the containers and are disposed on each tier bevel way 120° to each other. On the inlet of each container there is the valve and on the outlet between the lateral and butt walls of the container there is the slit type nozzle for outlet of the stream of the secondary air or the mixture of the secondary air with the gas. Between the conical adapter and the air duct there is the annular adjustable clearance.

EFFECT: invention ensures the increased productivity of the device and gain in yield of the suitable microbeads.
