FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing hydraulic mass from mineral fibers and binder, molding of plates in filtering press-molds with perforated bottom, drying and cooling. Hydraulic mass is prepared from basalt fibers containing, wt.-%: silicon oxide, 50-52 SiO2; aluminium oxide, 12-16 Al2O3; iron oxide, 3.3-5.7 Fe2O3; iron oxide, 7-10 FeO; manganese oxide, 0-0.2 MgO ; calcium oxide, 9.6-10 CaO; magnesium oxide, 5.7-7.9 Mg0; potassium oxide, 0.3-0.9 K2O; sodium oxide, 1.3-1.9 Na2O; sulfur oxide, 0.5-0.9 SO3; titanium oxide 0-10 TiO2; 25-35-% aqueous solution of aluminium sulfate, and ammonia at a fiber-to-water ratio of 1: (20-80). The plates are molded under a vacuum of 0.03-0.07 MPa and a preforming force not over 0.3 MPa, drying at 80-120 C, holding for 10-12 min per 1 mm of plate thickness, and air cooling for at least 10 min. The line for manufacture of warmth-keeping plates comprises fiber-producing installation with a receiving container, device for preparation of hydraulic mixture, molding and drying installation with transfer cars, and ventilating system. The latter incorporates smoke extractors and gate, and connects fiber-producing and drying installations with a hood mounted above the fiber-producing installation. The receiving container interconnects at least two fiber-producing installations and is provided with scrapers. Hydraulic mixture producing device has a storage receptacle connected with the receiving container. EFFECT: improved functional and operating characteristics. 2 cl, 3 tbl, 1 dwg
