SUBSTANCE: device for detecting unevennesses on the roll rail surface has two acceleration transducers mounted on boxed of one pair of railway service car axle boxes, a delay line, an analog signal commutator, an analog-digital converter, a digital signal multiplexor, a wheel rotation speed transducer, a digital speedometer, decoders, a digital signal commutator, a two-input OR- gate, a pulse counter, two reiterated integration units, a unit for determining wheels movement trajectory along the rail head, a memory cell and digital signal multiplier. The device receives input values of accelerations proportional to velocities of wheel movement along the rail head, which, after being multiplied by the values of constants stored in memory cells, make input to integration units invariant with respect to movement velocity.
