FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: laminar flow is created at the inlet of the working chamber. The flow is accelerated under the action of an insert and resulting velocity distribution is shaped. The flow is then expanded in the gap between the surface of the insert and penetrable baffle. The flow is throttled immediately downstream of the expansion by the baffle at the outlet of the chamber. In shaping the resulting velocity distribution, the expanded flow is affected through the surface of the insert facing the baffle. In so doing, fluid flows around the surface of the insert without break. The device has housing, shaper for laminar flow arranged at the inlet of the working chamber of the housing, and throttle made up as a penetrable baffle at the outlet of the chamber. The insert is mounted inside the chamber to define converging section from the side of the chamber inlet and diverging section made up as a gap between the baffle and surface of the insert facing it. The surface of the spacer, which faces the baffle, is convex. The distance between them is chosen so that to provide flow without break. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of controlling. 8 cl, 5 dwg
