FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has housing, pipes for supplying fuel and oxidizer, and unit for supplying chemical reagents in a given zone of the torch. The unit is mounted inside the housing at the outlets of fuel and oxidizer pipes. The unit for supplying chemical reagents has nozzle, passages for separate supplying of chemical reagents and carrier, and mixing chamber connected to the passages for supplying chemical reagents and carrier. The nozzle is defined by the central supplying passage directed to a given zone of the torch and connected with the mixing chamber, ring chamber for carrier, and ring branch pipe. The areas of cross-sections of inlet and outlet openings of the ring branch pipe are related so that to provide supersonic flow velocity of supplying. As a result, carrier, which outflows with supersonic velocity, dynamically affects gas-liquid flow of chemical reagents and thus affords high-dispersive spraying of chemical reagents in a given zone of the torch.
