SUBSTANCE: device has lens, multilayer MIS-FeSi base structure connected to a.c. voltage generator, read-out channel incorporating optical radiation source, polarized light splitter, projection lens and screen, two light splitters, two additional lenses, photodiode, and d.c. current source. One of light splitters is placed between polarized light splitter and collimator in read-out channel and coupled for reflected beam with photodiode through lens. Second light splitter is also placed between polarized light splitter and screeen in read-out channel and coupled for reflected beam with photodiode through lens.
