FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: biologically-active addition containing sodium, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, nickel, boron, cobalt, molybdenum, vanadium, fluorine, glycerine, glycine, ethylenediaminetetracetate, L-(+)-tartaric acid succinic acid, L-(+)-ascorbic acid and distilled water contains, additionally, lithium and citric acid at the following ratio of components, wt.-% (g/l): lithium, 0.04-2.08; sodium, 0.04-0.64; potassium, 0.04-0.38; magnesium, 0.01-0.51; iron, 0.01-2.10; zinc, 0.01-1.24; copper, 0.01-0.35; manganese, 0.01-0.41; nickel, 0.01-0.13; boron, 0.01-0.13; cobalt, 0.01-0.04; molybdenum, 0.01-0.21; vanadium, 0.01-0.13; fluorine, 0.01-0.10; glycerine, 0.50-7.00; glycine, 0.10-2.50, ethylenediaminetetracetate, 0.14-2.54, L-(+)-tartaric acid, 0.01-1.96; L-(+)-ascorbic acid, 0.10-0.60; succinic acid, 0.02-0.70; citric acid, 0.11-1.36; distilled water, the balance. The food addition has a varying quantitative range of microelements which permits their concentration in the formula to be adequately increased or reduced to enrich the corresponding group of food products. The food addition can be widely used for enrichment of various products which raises their biological value, improves absorbability and assimilability. The addition can be used for enrichment of feed concentrates for animals and as a microfertilizer. It can also be used to advantage in perfumery industry, in production of shampoos, creams, toilet water, etc. EFFECT: improved composition. 15 cl
