FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of potable water by its softening by Na-cationite method, and then it is subjected by inverse-osmotic treatment. Biologically active additive "BAD" is introduced in water and filtered by passing it through single-cascade filter of 10 mcm. Mixture of 40-% strength is prepared by mixing water with ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux". Sodium bicarbonate and acetic acid, preliminarily dissolved and aged in small quantity of mixture, are introduced there. Then mixture is aged for 10-15 min, strength is corrected, and after it, it is treated with activated carbon by passing it through sand-filter and finally filtered by passing vodka through two-cascade filter of 6 mcm and 0.45 mcm. EFFECT: higher organoleptical properties of vodka enriched by complex of biologically active substances.
