FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of sweet liqueur "Tambovskaya ryabinovaya". Sweet liqueur "Tambovskaya ryabinovaya" has the following components, l/1000 dal of ready product: mountain ash fruit juice of the 1-st and the 2-d blend, 1800-2200; cognac, 210-230; black loose- leaf tea an aqueous-spirituous infusion of the 1-st and the 2-d blend, 16-18; oak bark an aqueous- -spirituous infusion of the 1-st and the 2-d blend, 11-11.5; biologically active addition "GS", 0.2-0.4; orange oil spirituous solution in ratio 1:10, 0.4-0.6; 65.8%-th sugar syrup, 1740-1750 and also: color, 18-22 kg; apple concentrated juice, 65-75 kg; citric acid taken as measured for mass concentration of acids up to 0.35 g/100 cm3; rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purity and water as measured to the proof 24%. Invention provides to prepare sweet liqueur with enhanced organoleptic indices and enriched with complex of biologically active substances.
