FIELD: cultural and welfare facilities. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming a three-dimensional body from seven rings in the form of a flexible strip hoop with or without six or eight radial holes around the perimeter. First, two pairs of rings are formed by installing one ring into the other at an angle then installing one pair of rings into the other one in pairs with perpendicular rings in different pairs with a possibility for forming square-shaped cells. Then the remaining three rings are installed in succession in relatively perpendicular planes along cell diagonals on the first four rings with a possibility of subsequent connection of all rings at the contact surfaces by a separable or inseparable joint. The device for forming a three-dimensional body comprises seven rings, each made of a hoop-shaped flexible strip with or without six or eight radial holes, arranging the first four rings pairwise at an angle of 60 deg, perpendicularly in pairs to each other and forming square-shaped cells while the three other rings are installed on the first four ones in relatively perpendicular planes along cell diagonals. The rings may be connected by a separable or inseparable joint. EFFECT: better entertainment. 2 cl, 5 dwg
