SUBSTANCE: method involves making a three-dimensional body from four rings in the form of a hoop from a flexible strip with, or without, six holes around the perimeter. First, ring pairs are formed by fitting one ring into another at an angle, then installing one pair of rings into another in a pairwise manner and square to the rings in different pairs, after which the rings are interconnected at their contacting surfaces by a separable or inseparable joint. The device for forming a three-dimensional body comprises four rings fitting into one another, each ring having the form of a hoop from a flexible strip with, or without, six radial holes spaced around the perimeter with a possibility for being interconnected by fasteners with other rings at the points of their contact by means of a separable or inseparable joint.
