FIELD: transportation and storage of materials. SUBSTANCE: stream of steam is delivered under pressure into space of hollow rod 1 and then is introduced tangentially into cylindrical chamber 3, where it gets swirled and, through nozzle 4, is directed into zone of interaction with oil products. Owing to pressure differential, outside air flow rushes into preaxial zone of swirl chamber, thus restoring the pressure. Owing to swirling of stream in preaxial zone, reduced pressure is built up again and process repeats itself. EFFECT: enhanced quality of cleaning. 2 dwg
