FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials storage and transportation; cleaning of tanks from viscous oil products. SUBSTANCE: device has lifting-and-lowering rod with cylindrical chamber provided with inner space. Hollow tube is installed in chamber for rotation. Length of hollow cylindrical tube exceeds length of cylindrical chamber. Outlet ends of tube are chamfered. Through tangential holes are made on side surface of tube, and widening circular projections are installed at side of outlet circular widening holes in end face walls of cylindrical chamber. Maximum diameters of projections exceed minimum diameters of widening holes to preclude forcing the tube out of cylindrical chamber in process of delivering of heat carrier. Device provides forming of two swirl flows one of which flows out through clearance between projections of tube and outlet holes of cylindrical chamber, and the other gets out of tube space. EFFECT: increased reliability owing o prevention of friction between surfaces of cylindrical tube and cylindrical chamber. 2 cl, 2 dwg
