SUBSTANCE: apparatus has dielectric body 1, assembled of dielectric plates 2 with centering recesses 3 and clamped by bolts 4; horizontal canal 5, ring-type anode 6, made as pipe. Dielectric plate have recesses 7 for ring-type cathodes 8. Between anode and group of cathodes in the body there is a vertical canal 9 to feed electrolyte in horizontal canal. Anode and cathodes are connected with leads 10. Body is located in tank 11 partially filled with electrolyte 12 and having connecting pipe 13 to remove electrolyte and slits 14 to let wire 15 pass.
