FIELD: excavators. SUBSTANCE: reversible rotary operating member has a casing, dippers hinged from parallel rings, and catch of the diggers. The diggers have cutting parts on both sides. A flap is hinged inside a digger. Lateral walls of a digger have arresting device against flap rotation and are linked to one another in upper part through cross links. A flap installed inside a dipper so as to rotate is used as back wall of the digger when rotating operating member, both clockwise and anticlockwise, that increases digger holding capacity.
