FIELD: nondestructive quality control. SUBSTANCE: novelty of semiautomatic plant lies in its fitting with mechanism of reciprocating motion of cross-piece in frame in direction perpendicular to datum plane, with unit of contactless pickups to set and check modes of movement of cross-piece, with converter coupled to drive of cross-piece mounted on cross-piece for turning relative to axis perpendicular to datum plane, with unit registering results of control in the form of recorder mounted for reciprocating travel in frame along its datum plane and interacting with converter, with two drums equipped with electrothermal paper, with mechanism of turning of one of drums interacting with mechanism of turning of bath, with mechanism of reciprocating motion of cross-piece and mechanism of reciprocating travel of recorder. EFFECT: enhanced productivity thanks to use of separate unit for recording of defectograms, increased authenticity of quality control owing to generation of visual image of defect (quality of welding) in 1:1 scale. 3 dwg
