FIELD: microwave radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has dielectric tube which outer and inner diameters varies in time so that they match diameters of outer and inner microwave conductors. Width of tube walls also varies so that ratio of outer and inner diameters of tube remains constant value in every cross section of transmission line. This ratio is determined by wave resistance of tube, characteristics of conductors, dielectric permeability of material of tube.
