FIELD: medical engineering; prosthetic dentistry. SUBSTANCE: device has a handle with threaded end. A feeding tube, a cooling air supply tube and a tube having a cut end in the form of a bevel for supplying cooling water, are brought through the handle. The tubes are hermetically connected with channels 6-8 of head 9 respectively. Channels 7 and 8 are connected with outlet channel 10 directed to the instrument and operation field. The cooling water supply tube enters with its bevel-cut end the zone of outlet channel 10 and partially covers it. The plane of the cut faces the flow outlet. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in cooling the instrument. 2 dwg
