FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a device for instrumental processing and irrigation of a tooth canal. Device includes a dental tip, a dental head with an endodontic hollow file with the possibility of rotary and reciprocal movement. Device has irrigation solution supply means and irrigation solution suction means. Inside the endodontic hollow file there is an irrigation solution supply tube connected to the irrigation solution supply means. Suction agent of the irrigation solution contains an additional tube partially enveloping the endodontic hollow file from the side of the dental head. End of the additional tube is made with possibility of adherence to the tooth surface. Productivity of the suction agent of the irrigation solution is not lower than that of the irrigation solution supply device.
EFFECT: technical result is delivery of solution into tooth canal without hydration with air bubbles, irrigation is carried out simultaneously with aspiration of solution from tooth canal, ruling out ingress of solution on oral mucosa, reduced length of system, possibility of treatment of painters, simplified operation of doctor, impossibility of provocation of chemical and mechanical accident of periodont tissues and higher level of decontamination of root canal in shorter time.
