FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has handle with canals for supplying and discharging working medium and head with driver unit arranged at an angle to it. The driver unit has bur and small turbine. Unit for fastening bur is mounted on bearing members and has a button for clamping and releasing bur. The handle is manufactured by stamping sheet material and has tubes in internal cavity. Tubes for delivering compressed gas from compressor device to the turbine, tubes for connecting head to light sources and tubes for enclosing light guides as well as tube for water supply are mounted in particular in the cavity. Canal for discharging wasted medium is formed by cavities between the tubes and handle casing. The turbine is designed as multi-nozzle one having multiple units for damping bearings. Turbine and driver unit are built into the casing as a removable module with bearings.
