FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this disinfecting solution is product of anodic electrochemical activation of chlorides of such alkaline metals as sodium and potassium, which is prepared in electrolyzer having cell provided with ion-selection diaphragm and auxiliary insulated electrode located in anode chamber. Characteristics of this solution are as follows: pH value between 6.5 and 7.0, ACC of 0.05 to 0.055 % (500 to 550 mg/l), and ϕ (ORP) between 900 and 950 mV, where pH stands for decimal logarithm of content of hydrogen ions contained in solution, ACC denotes active chlorine concentration, and v (ORP) signifies oxidation-reduction potential.
