FIELD: aerostatics. SUBSTANCE: set has aerostat 1 with instrument suspension 2, transport facility 3 with platform 4 which holds three telescopic booms 5, 6, and 7 and remotely-controlled winch 10. One end of rope 15 is connected with instrument suspension 2 and other end is connected with transport facility 3. Secured on aerostat 1 and on ends of telescopic booms 5, 6, 7 are deflecting rollers 18 and 9. Telescopic booms 5,6, and 7 are located in horizontal plane at angle of 120 deg to one another; longitudinal boom 7 is rigidly attached to platform 4 and left-hand boom 5 and right-hand boom 6 are hinged for rotation through 120 deg. Rope 11 of self- balancing rope system runs from winch 10 through deflecting rollers of longitudinal boom 7, aerostat 1, left-hand boom 5 and right-hand boom 6 and is secured to instrument suspension 2. Besides that, ends of telescopic booms 5, 6 and 7 are provided with telescopic uprights 8 for support on closed surface. EFFECT: enhanced stability of aerostat with instrument suspension to wind loads, stability of preset design magnitudes of altitude and rectilinearity of motion route of aerostat in air space during television survey of quarries. 2 cl, 7 dwg
