FIELD: open-cast mining; transfer of overburden. SUBSTANCE: device to transfer rocks in quarry has truss hinge- mounted on self-propelled support with load-carrying platform bodies and curvilinear guide rigidly coupled with self-propelled support and installed in dumping zone. Truss is made in form of rigid circle whose axle is inclined towards worked-out area and is hinge-coupled with end faces of load-carrying platform bodies arranged along truss diameter. End faces of platform bodies are made in form of trapezium. Load-carrying platform bodies are installed with minimum clearances between platform bodies in upper wide parts. Each platform body has on its outer side a hinge-connected rod with wheel fitted on rod end for rotation and engagement with curvilinear guide. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 dwg
