FIELD: aerostatics. SUBSTANCE: set for directional motion of aerostat in air space of quarry consists of suspension 2 with instruments 3 secured to aerostat 1, pull rope 14 and holding ropes 15 and 16 connected to instrument suspension 2 at one end and to drums 5, 6, 7 of three-drum winch at other end; three- drum winch is secured on ground mobile base 4. Holding ropes 15 and 16 are passed at angle through pulleys 12 and 13 of the ground deflecting devices. Drums 6 and 7 of winch are connected with holding ropes 15 and 16 and drum 5 is connected with pull rope 14. Construction of drums provided for winding the ropes in different directions. EFFECT: enhanced stability of aerostat with instrument suspension to wind loads and motion in quarry space strictly over preset trajectory which is of great importance in performing television survey of open mining jobs or ecological monitoring. 3 dwg
