where R1-R4, R7 and R8 - H and R5 and R6 are different: hydrogen atom or hydroxy-C1-C6-alkyl. Reagent 1: 1-cyano-1-hydroxymethane. Reagent 2: ethylenediamine or its derivative of the formula (II) 
where R1-R4, R5 and R6 as indicated above. Process conditions: in aqueous medium, at 50-100 C, at molar excess of 1-cyano-1-hydroxymethane following by blowing of the end product with inert gas. Molar ratio of reagent 1 to reagent 2 is preferably (1.2-1.5):1. Nitrogen or air were used as inert gas, and process is performed at pH 5-10 at the initial stage.
