SUBSTANCE: invention proposes complexes of bicyclopolyazamacrocyclophosphonic acid with metal ions, in part, with 153-Sm, 177-Lu, 159-Gd, 149-Pm, 140-La, 175-Yb, 166-Ho, 90-Y, 47-Sc, 186-Re, 188-Re, 142-Pr, 99m-Tc, 67-Ga, 68-Ga, 105-Ru, 111-In, 113m-In or 115m-In. Complexes are bound covalently with biologically active molecule, for example, antibody or its fragment leading to conjugate formation. Obtained complexes and conjugate are benefit for using as radiopharmaceutical preparations for treatment and/or diagnosis. Invention proposes methods of synthesis of these compounds also. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, enhanced effectiveness of complexes.
