FIELD: metal protection from high temperatures and aggressive medium influence. SUBSTANCE: method to produce composition material - such as pyroceram carbonate on graphite by pyrolysis of carbon-containing gasses in vacuum on deposition surface, heated to 800 - 2500 C in presence of crystallization initiator uses refractory metal (molybdenum) or alloy (molybdenum-vanadium), that has chemical similarity with pyroceram carbonate of УСБ-15 or УСБ-15И mark, linear factor of thermal expansion of which is almost similar to linear factor of thermal expansion of pyroceram carbonate, preliminary subjected to mechanical treatment, electrical pickle and gas removal in vacuum. Pyroceram carbonate deposition is carried out with base heating to 1500 C and speed of deposition - 0.25 vv/h. Layers of 8 - 15 mcm thickness, possessing microsolidity of 470 - 4875 kg/mm2, are formed in transitional layer between molybdenum-vanadium alloy and pyroceram carbonate of 40 - 50 mcm thick. Without microcracks formation and significant erosion uncooled samples of molybdenum-vanadium alloy and pyroceram carbonate composition material stood attacks of thermal flux of electron beams of 4-6 МV/m2 power with pulse duration of 100 s. EFFECT: method allows to produce composition material, that stands increased power flux density, has increased endurance due to increase of carbon-containing cover and metal surface adhesive properties. 6 cl
