FIELD: production of confectionery and meat foods, dehydration (condensing) in preparation of tomato paste, and sugar syrup at home and in semi-industrial conditions. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a container with a cover, and a source of vacuum with an air pipe. A flexible seal is disposed under the entire surface of the cover while an additional cover with a gas-discharge branch pipe is installed on the external surface of the main cover and forms a space between the main and additional covers. The cover and the seal have holes for communication of the under-cover and above-cover spaces. The air pipe of the vacuum source communicates with the gas discharge branch pipe. Each hole in the cover is closed at the side of the seal by a valve with a plate spring, one end of which is articulated to the cover. The vacuum source is made as an ejector pump.
